What I liked
On May 22nd i went in for a hip replacement. All the Staff were very cheerful, helpful and always reasuring.
On site Chef made meals a delight with fresh cooked food and a wide choice of menus.
Free bedside TV and Telephone was most welcome.
I was in a ward with 4 beds and it was so nice to have plenty of space between each bed.
Car parking is free, and visitors are made welcome by the staff.
What could be improved
I would have like to have been able to buy my regular newspaper, as i missed doing the crosswords in the Western Daily Press.Also a new magazine or two to read would have been nice.
Anything else?
All the Staff worked well together and made my short stay a pleasant one.I will of course refer Emerson Green to anyone needing a Hip or knee operation.
