About: Medium Secure Division / Prichard

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I think the ward in general can be unsettled which makes things hard for me. The staff are good at helping me through difficult times by talking to us and offering support on how to handle the situation. I don't have a bad thing to say about the care here.

I think having a discussion group would be good to have, run by the chaplain. We used to do it a couple of years ago.

I like to buy new clothes which help me feel smart.

Thank you for your message. Please speak to your care co-ordinator and Nurse Manager about ordering some new clothes; they will be able to support you with this. Please also discuss with the Nurse Manager about the possibility of having a discussion group.
