I have been reffered to the physio department for a back injury from my doctor - I have had numerous appointrments canceld on me - the first 2 times i was not informed but told when i got to the hospital - it took me 1.5 hours to get there. Now i finally have an appointment but i am unable to make it - i have tried to contact the physio department for the last 4 days but no one ever picks up the phone so i can not change the appointment - i even asked to be put through to complaints about this but guess what they didnt pick up either - the telephone phone staff are very un helpfull when they occasionally speak that is - i now have no idea how i can change this appointment but am told if i dont then i will loose my place on the physio department - its a joke. I now have no more time to put to this farce so will not be making my appointment on June 1st at 1pm.

Also i would like to say that the staff who answer the phone at finchley memorial are probaby the rudest i have come accross
