I went to the city hospital in Nottingham, to the chemical pathology department to receive treatment for thyroid and cholesterol. The information and decision making was of a high standard.
The appointment time was for 11.45am, I arrived at the car park at 11.13am and I saw the doctor at 12.45pm. I had to run to the car park to avoid a fine, this is not acceptable!
