What I liked

The care I have received from the point of identification of my problem through all of the post-op care provided has been excellent. The nurses have provided a wonderful service - including doing all they could to ensure that I did not have to revisit the horrific place that is St Peters A&E

I am quite sure that my recovery has been speeded up by the care I have received

What could be improved

More nurses are needed. Waits of over 1 hour and closer to 2 are the norm on every day of the week.

There is no doubt that the positive experience people have at the walk in centre coupled with the poor (and correct) perception of St Peters means that they are stretched too thinly at times
