What I liked

The hospital itself was fine, clean and generally well presented and at first the staff were friendly.

Right from the start however you were left for a long time after calling for staff, pain relief was totally inadequate and the staff became downright rude ehen things were not going the way the wanted them to go. I was left after the surgery with long term disability and pain which the surgeon could not wait to wash his hands of!

Would never ever go back there, was treated better in the nhs hospital and thats saying something!

What could be improved

The physiotherapist was rough and would not stop pulling me about even when told to stop as the pain was unbearable. Patients wishes were totally ignored in this area.

Anything else?

Be very careful picking a surgeon here. Used to be a great hospital but not nowadays.
