My boyfriend has been going to Tedington to have a broken ankle sorted out. They have repeatedly lost his notes, kept him waiting for more than 3 hours when he had made an appointment.

The second last time he went they made him wait because they had lost his notes. When he went to check what was going on, his notes were just lying on the floor.

His latest appointment was for 9am. The doctors arrived at 9:10, his notes arrived at 10:30, he saw someone at 11:45, was then referred to someone else who he saw at 12:30. This is his 5th visit there, they haven't fixed the ankle, they just keep telling him to come back at a later stage and see if there is an improvement. That doesn't seem like decent medical advice and help!
