What I liked
The staff - helpful, open, friendly, happy, knowledgable... everyting you want from a care team.
What could be improved
Phone answering. I have been trying to book another appointment with my physiotherapist for 10 days now and the phone hasn't been answered once. I don't know if my messages are being picked up, as I've only received one attempt at calling me back - unfortunately I was unavailable at the time.
