What I liked

Mother was transferred to Oak Ward from Plymouth after surgery for a hip fracture. I was very impressed by her reception by the nursing and care staff. I was also present when the doctors did a round and explained to Mum what changes they were making and why.

What a menu!! I nearly booked myself in for the food!

What could be improved

Nothing on my 3 days of visiting before I had to return home.
