"Urology Dept"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Urology

I've been coming here with my dad for the past 2 years and the care and treatment have been mixed. He has prostate cancer.

Its so hard to get hold of the secretary...no contact even if you leave countless messages, so you just end up giving up.

Basic tests are done, issues never really fully explored.

Every attempt is made to 'fob you off'...

Unfortunately, we, living on the area, have to deal with this..would not wish this dept on anyone.

Id have to say the nurses in the wards are very good but its just the staff of the urology dept, which is a let down.
