I recently brought my mother in for gastroscope. The staff were magnificent, so sociable, talked to my mother all the way through the procedure letting her know what they were doing. They definitely need a special thanks. What a difference it makes to have such lovely people. My mother also attends the same hospital for eye injections for macular degeneration for which she receives the same wonderful treatment. Thank you so much.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your posting.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the care and treatment your mother received at Solihull Hospital, when she underwent a Gastroscopic procedure, earlier this year and the care she receives in the Ophthalmology Department.

I totally agree with you, the staff are wonderful and they offer a fabulous service.

I will forward your posting to the senior management teams and ask that it is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be absolutely delighted to read your positive comments.
