I attended a trial session of yoga, with Tatiana at Sure Start in Ravensdale today. Both myself and my baby loved the session! It was great that it was taken by a parent because she understood and completely embraced how the babies behaved during the session, it was a really relaxed atmosphere. I thought the yoga positions were great, particular the ones for strengthening the core and the ones to stretch your back. My baby loved watching me and giggling away! It was lovely to do some exercise with him being there as it is really tough to get out and do other exercise classes or go the gym at the moment.

I hope that the yoga sessions become regular at the centre as myself and my friends would love to come to them each week!

It is lovely to hear that you and your baby both enjoyed the session and that you found the session relaxing as well as Tatiana very welcoming. Tatiana is one of our volunteers at the centre and the volunteers support is great appreciated by all.
