"Just annoyed at the total waste of a day"

I've waited for a year for this appointment at the Eye Clinic, only to be told that the equipment needed for the condition I already had diagnosed is in another hospital but they still insisted I went through the battery of tests, then said they would refer me on and discharged me? ? I honestly lost it when I was told me they had no notes and asked what did I want? - very unprofessional! Just annoyed at the total waste of a day from 12pm till 5pm.
