What I liked

I would like to say a very big thankyou for the care I received in the monir injuries unit. I went there twice over one weekend to have my arm dressed which I had cut as I self-harm. The staff were extremely understanding and sympathetic and as I had heard awful stories of staff treating self-harmers badly I was really impressed. Also the staff went out of their way to phone up trengweath and get me an appointment which I wud not have got otherwise. I got seen very quickly as well. I cannot praise this hospital enough. thankyou all

I wish all hospital staff in all hospitals were as curteous. None of the things the staff said or did seemed false or just was said through training, they are all genuinely vocational and the equality and diversity was second to none.
