What I liked

I attend the surgical ward on a regular basis (ever fortnight) and have no bad comments to make. Staff are all friendly, helpful and respectful of my needs.

What could be improved

Nothing save for when I was a day patient in 2009 my husband was not able to stay with me due to Hospital regulations which I feel could have been waived to help with my worries and concerns.

Anything else?

The staff are amazing in the surgical ward. I also feel that free car parking is a god send beings we ahve to pay to park at almost every other hospital in the midlands! Well done to all the staff I have met.
