What I liked

I was kept totally aware of what would happen to me at every stage. I was never kept waiting more than a few minutes before appointment times. I was a little uneasy about my proceedure but the staff made me feel that no question was 'silly' and I was put comletely at ease by their professional/friendly approach.

What could be improved

I feel that no area of my experience could hav been improved upon. It was all good.
