What I liked

My mother has been a patient at Ripon Hospital more than once for long periods of time during 2009/2010.

On all occasions her treatment has been exemplary. I cannot fault any part of the hospital from care to cleanliness.

The nurses are caring and work very much as a team (far more so than other hospitals). Nothing is too much trouble, and every one of the entire team are polite, kind and very professional.

After being present visiting my mother during a visit by 2 ladies checking cleanliness, I was astounded at their approach to the cleanest hospital I have been in - this includes Harrogate, York, and Northallerton. The cleanliness is on a par with Duchy Nuffield, and better than Harlow suite Harrogate.

The assessment of 'FAIR' is totally incorrect, it should read 'EXCELLENT'

What could be improved

Car Park is used by shoppers therefore leaving no parking facilities for those using the hospital.

Anything else?

Absolutely nothing - Thank you for looking after my mother, (and another lady who worked for my family for 50+ years and died recently in Ripon Hospital), so very well.
