I am 76 with heart failure among alot of other problems.

On my visit on more that 1 instance, i have found the staff not willing to help, leave you dirty, leave you sat naked in the ward and do not have the time of day for the elderly.

On my most recent visit to have a xray with a broken hip, i was sat for 2hrs in pain in a wheel chair and when i asked if i would have to wait much longer as i was in "alot" of pain.

The xray nurse came out and spoke to me like a child and thank god for my carer being there to put her in line is all i can say.

The hospital needs alot of support.

I went in there walking in october and after 2weeks came out, smelling of urine and "unable" to walk!!! This is supposed to be a rehab hospital.

Never in 76yrs have i ever felt so strongly about a hospital as "the princess of wales"
