I was a day-patient for a colonoscopy in the day-case unit. I cannot praise the unit enough. Every member of staff was kind, thoughtful, caring, and professional: the atmosphere was relaxed and relaxing, quiet, & confidence-giving: every area was clean, tidy, & uncluttered. A triumph of organisation, skill, & sheer decency. Thank you, "receptionist"; "boss" ; the nurses; and the doctor With special people like you, our health service is in VERY good hands.
