"Very speedy visit and great people"

I was referred by my doctor and told to go immediately to Kingston hospital. They told me to reach radiology via the main entrance. There I must have looked a little lost but a volunteer approached me quickly and gave easy and clear instructions. After I reached radiology the receptionist was friendly and very apologetic that there was a 30 minute wait for the X-ray walk in service (they said normally it was 20-15 minutes). I had expected it to me like an NHS doctor walk in centre with a wait of 4 hours plus so was very happy with this. I entered the hospital at 11.10 and was out by midday. A super speedy service that does our NHS proud.
