(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We have been asking and asking and bring this up in the community meetings but nothing gets done. The patients phone has fallen apart and it is still not actioned. It is hanging off the wall.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will raise this with the Nurse Manager and estates and ensure that it is addressed as a matter of urgency.

I will come down to the ward and ensure that progress is made to rectify this problems.
