I went for a Non Appointment Chest X-Ray, the service was very quick and efficient at this time.

What could be improved

Nothing could be improved, it was a very good service. I was registered, had X-Ray, and out in 15 Mins.. My complaint is with the Car Park charge.. on your front page of this website you say Car Parking is £1 for 1 hour £3 for 2 hours etc.. I was charged £2.50 for 15 Minutes, as well as other patients at the time who were also there for a short time,, I think £2.50 for 15 Min is disgraceful, and it should be £1 for first hour as stated on your website..

Straight after I went shopping, and Parked in the Selbourne Walk (Walth' Central) and paid £1 for an hour, and it was £2 for 2 hours and so on.. Can you please do something about your Car Parking charges,, I, and a number of other patients were left feeling robbed at £2.50 for 15 Minutes, it is Daylight robbery..
