What I liked

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Treatment Centre, Endoscopy Unit, for the comfortable and positive experience I had yesterday. The whole team made a very unpleasant procedure tolerable and I felt in very safe and professional hands. The unit was immaculate, bright and airy. I even got a phone call from the centre this morning to ask how I was, wonderful customer care! Thank you once again
