What I liked
The Minor Injuries Unit was amazing! Well organised, professional, really patient focused. I damaged my finger in a DIY accident, and was in and out with 40 minutes, including assessment, cleaning, X-ray, dressing and prescription fulfilment. I've never had better NHS treatment.
What could be improved
Nothing. It does not get any better.
Anything else?
The service I received the follwing day at another hospital, where I had to go for neurosurgery on the finger was no comparison. Five hour wait; no updates; sent home in the end after the surgeon disappeared!
