What I liked
The staff were efficient and friendly. I didn't have to wait as long as I thought...little under two hours but I was expecting to be there all morning.
What could be improved
Perhaps staff explaining things better and giving patients options of treatment. The staff were friendly and I do understand time constraints but nevertheless I did feel like I was on a conveyor belt, being rushed through. The intial consultation was so fast that I was unsure if the dentist would really have been able to give a correct diagnosis.
Anything else?
Maybe some after care advice in order to prevent the problem reoccuring.
