What I liked

I had close access to toilet facilities. The nurses responded promptly to my calls. The ward was kept clean and tidy and was comfortable. Most of the team were polite.

What could be improved

There was one nurse who seemed to hastily reprimand anyone who had any issues. I felt she was condescending and uncaring. Unfortunately, the nurse that was looking after me always consulted her. I spent only 1 night in the ward but thought genuine care was replaced by a somewhat mechanical duty implementation.

Anything else?

The actual surgery was performed excellently. I am very grateful for it. I feel perhaps a little more post surgery advise (Verbal). Would have been desirable.
