What I liked

The clinical staff are good but my operation was botched by the first surgon for cataract but later corected with the best team but was never told the name of DrBotch

What could be improved

The receptation staff are abusive and disrespectful... I say sack them all and get a new team....The Admin staff gave wrong address for transport to attend so my appointment was re scheduled and recorded as failed to attend, the Admin team should be sacked there are more people aviable to accept this jobs in the current climate due to unemployment.. tax payers resourses are wasted by the admin staff, they are waste of space they should be made to work from home and be made to account for all the mistakes, botch up's and charged for alternative tranport since they give wrong transport address! the transport couldnt even telephone when i was 5 door away from the wrong address given because it was too easy to simply call nor did any one call me since they had called me a day earlier to confirm, regarding my pick up at 11.20 but no one turned up till 2.00 pm then I was told by hospital that they will have to re schedule the appointment is this the cut backs..! the admin should be sent to a private company to work then they will know what real work is!

I dont mind working for you to bring about changes in Admin please recommend me if you are looking for staff.
