What I liked

I had cause to take my 86 year old mother for an emergency Saturday morning appt. There was no wheelchair to take her from the reception area in that particular building down the long corridor to the waiitng area. Other parrts of the hospital do have wheelchairs at their entrances - why not there for emergency patients? Also there was a water dispenser but no cups when she wanted a drink

What could be improved
