consultants are excellent - saved my husband's life on several occasions

What could be improved

nurses attitude - sloppy and lazy. Would not listen re. medication until I contacted PALS [very good]

meals 'forgotten' and the prescribed physiotherapy still hasn't arrived, due to a mysterious staff shortage [ mysterious to the nurses!]

Haven't shaved my husband despite promising to do so each day.

all this despite myriads of nurses and student nurses milling around/

If you are seriously ill you need a relative with you every day to check on them.l

Anything else?

Visiting is from 2 pm - the doctors go round in the morning.

IRelatives naturally want an update on recovery, but there is no one to talk to sensibly.
