What I liked
Even though there was a delay in being seen, the staff communicated the problem quickly which reduced frustration for all those waiting to be seen.
The staff on duty were friendly and clearly enjoyed there work. It made the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
What could be improved
It seemed the department was under staffed, which caused delays. Although the staff on duty dealt with this very well.l
