What could be improved

I was placed in Meridan as a NHS patient this obviously didnt suit soome staff as they were off hand with almost every aspect of care. Didnt read pre-operative assesment notes, as they didnt know that I already had a pre-existing illness

Anything else?

Went in for a complete knee replacement with a pre-exisitng illnes. Staff didnt bother to read or they did read and ignored all info supplied. Care was minimal, and when I did see someone everything was obviously too much bother. Felt that I shouldnt be there to the point that pushed myself so that I could leave ASAP and have suffered because of it. Would never go herre again either privately or NHS. If that is what you pay money for in the Private secotr I am glad to be NHS.
