What I liked

I had surgery at the Day Surgery unit on 15th February and the service was fantastic. Every staff member I met was both efficient and kind, everything was explained clearly and the care was excellent. I would recommend the unit to anyone, I have had day surgery at Addenbrookes and far prefer the service I received in Ely, it was outstanding.

What could be improved
