What could be improved

Ward is a bland magnolia box, TV that is useless to anyone bedridden, lack of communication with the patent regarding treatment, lack of clear communication with hard of hearing patients, no hot water within a suitable time at hand wash facilities, nursing staff request patients to ring the buzzer half hour before wanting assistance, patients left in toilet for extended periods.

Although very clean, the atmosphere is dismal, and the over zealous infection control procedures obviously do not work since there is now a sickness bug and the ward is closed. logo
