What I liked

The appointment system was prompt and efficient. The appointment times were reasonably flexible so I could attend after work. There was good after care and a follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was ok. Overall, a good experience.

What could be improved

The consultant was pleasant enough but ran through the procedure in a perfunctory manner and used lots of jargon. Fortunately, I am literate and had already researched it so was able to follow what he said but I can imagine some other people may have struggled.

Anything else?

The nursing staff were very friendly and supportive.
