"I was made to feel welcome and a person"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I would like to commend the staff at the endoscopy unit at New Stobhill for the efficient expertise and compassion.

I attended and was made to feel welcome and a person. The questions asked were done so sensitively.

The procedure carried out with great skill and the endoscopist and the team made me feel relaxed and explained everything that was happening in a clear and empathetic way.

I would just like to alert others to this very positive experience that I had been very nervous about.

Dear Patient EMS

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am pleased to read how you feel about the care you received at Stobhill Hospital, especially that everything was clearly explained to you and most importantly, you were made to feel relaxed.

I will pass on your kind words to the service. The staff will be delighted to receive your feedback and know that they had a positive impact on your experience.

Best wishes
Lisa
