What could be improved

I was refered to St.Mary's at paddington Hosp. prior to my visit I though I would find out about the Hospital and the facilities, consultants and experties etc.For some unknowon reasons I went to Stmary's hospital in USA. they displayed their experties, Depts, consultants with their qualifications and specialisty and the contact number. Then I realised that it is not UK. I went to the website of stMary's in paddinton and found the phone number and the address but full of cinamas, pubs etc.I think NHS should follow American Hospital lay out for patients confidence and their quest for the best treatment and consultants. I now realise that I am under the best pssoble Dr. and the hospital but it took to find out from various other sources that I am under the ACE Dr.and Hospital.

Anything else?

I suggest that all NHS hospitals have a website for their hospitals with all the facilities depts. specialists condsultants who are are likely to be their for sometime or have been there with their qualification experties for patient confidence and any other helpful DATA for patients and their kith&kins.
