"Chronic Fatigue clinic- Disappointing experience"

Attended this clinic for a first appointment. Was really disappointed at the service I received.

I was told to look a treatment up online, basically DIY despite having just been given a diagnosis. The member of staff was unclear in communication; initially did not diagnose CF but "chronic tiredness" without being able to explain the difference from CF. Despite explaining that I sometimes struggle with daily/normal activities I was told that activity levels were ok; member of staff was quite cold and didn't really take on board what I said. Don't feel that I was taken seriously, shocked to be discharged after one initial appointment.

Decided to go back to my GP to be referred to another hospital where hopefully I'll be taken seriously.
