What I liked

I would have liked my MRI scan referral not to have been lost, I would have liked a call back from the secretary in the 3 weeks I have been leaving voicemails daily and have not had a response, I would especially liked not to have to return a 10 months later for a consultation because no one will admit to having lost my scan referral!!

What could be improved

Contacting patients when they have been chasing you for 3 months!
