What I liked
Friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Food good and plenty of coffee/tea on offer. Relaxed. As positive an experience of hospitalization as could be hoped for.
What could be improved
A long time - 2 hours - between being woken and arrival of breakfast: didn't seem to be a reason for being woken so early. This isn't a complaint - just an observation.
Anything else?
Follow-up care excellent: I rang the ward twice with questions after my discharge and received very helpful answers.
Whole process from first consultation onwards very smooth and satisfactory.
