"Very arrogant staff"

I was waiting to receive a blood test and when I got in there, I suggested an alternative to getting a needle wedged in my arm, the nurse was incredibly dismissive and in a snotty superiority tone I was told "You're getting a needle from me". I didn't appreciate their tone with me as I am a consistent fainter when it comes to getting my blood tested. I warned the nurse that I was a fainter and their simple answer was "Your not gonna faint with me". I get frequent blood tests and usually have to lie down (which is easy enough to do with those chairs) and was denied. Then the needle came out and hey presto I started to faint. The nurse did try to take my mind off it while they inserted the needle but never the less the patient knows what is good for them and my needs should of been matched. I was very polite, I correctly informed the nurse what would happen and I was not listened to. Not a very happy experience and certainly does not put me at ease for my next blood test.
