"At my first meeting with Mary we talked about my husband''s family history, his complex health issues, his need to be busy at many times of the day and his increased levels of aggression.
Her first assessment was very thorough and comprehensive.
On Mary's next few visits, when I was not at the home, she contacted me by phone the next day and kept me well up to date with how he was and what he had been doing with very useful information.
I was then invited to the meeting with Mary, Tracy, nurse and Amy Activities Co-ordinator staff from Ashfield Nursing Home to go through Mary's assessment and recommendations.
Once again so much clear and comprehensive information about my husband's needs.
I have been prompted to start a sensory box for my husband which can be used by myself and the staff, and will be adding to this.
So many important and good recommedations to improve my husband's every day life, which I am sure the staff at Ashfield will take on board.
Thank you so much Mary"
