Thank you so much to three members of staff, including one who volunteered to hold my hand in order to make me feel more comfortable during a procedure today at 9am in the Urology Dept.
I felt rather nervous about the situation but was reassured and dealt with in a fantastic manner.
I would like you to pass on my thanks to everyone involved.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your positive feedback. It is always greatly appreciated when a patient takes the time to contact the trust to pass on their positive comments about the care they have received at the Hospital. I am pleased to hear that all the staff in the Urology department made your procedure a comfortable one for you and you felt reassured by the members of staff you came in contact with, including one who held your hand.
I will pass your kind comments onto the management team , who will in turn pass them on to the staff.
