"I cannot praise both ladies highly enough"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

I attended the gyn clinic at Wishaw General Hospital, which is something I'm sure every woman dreads. This was a follow up appointment, but as I was still experiencing problems it was suggested I have a procedure during this appointment.

Both Dr Barr and the support worker (apologies for not knowing her name) were very kind and chatted away through the whole procedure. What was an embarrassing, uncomfortable procedure was carried out with efficiency, care and a little humour.

I cannot praise both ladies highly enough.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I know attending an appointment like this can be worrying and stressful, I am pleased that the staff were efficient and were able to support you through this with their care and humour.
