What I liked

when i got an appointment things were great then i had to have a biopsy appointment but because of my work pattern and times i have to work.i can only have appointments on a monday they sent me one but could not attend so i gave them 3 weeks notice and told a replacement appointment would follow,it didnt so i phoned and spoke to the dept in question and told them about my work and was told it would be fine that was on a monday and an appointment came on the following monday and it was for a friday i cancelled it that day and was again told one would follow .....it didnt that was 8 weeks ago and im still waiting NO COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER IN THAT HOSPITAL which is a shame cause they do such great work there .

What could be improved

COMMUNICATION,PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING TO THEM

Anything else?

SEND APPOINTMENTS FOR THE DAY OF THE WEEK THAT THE PATIENT WANT AND CAN KEEP

When you were advised that an appointment could have been made for a Monday, this should have been arranged. I understand that an appointment has since been made. As a result of your feedback, staff have been reminded of the standard of communication expected and the impact their communication has on patients.
