"Dematology Department treatment for Basil Cell..."

About: Hertford County Hospital / Dermatology

I have been attending this hospital for some time for the treatment of multiple basil cell carcinomas. Whilst I have been treated well during consultations, follow up appointments are now becoming impossible.

I was last seen in October 2016 and told I have 5 BCCs on my face, I was given cream to treat them with initially as i am keen to avoid further surgery, and told to have a follow up appontment in 3 months. It is now 8 months and still no apointment, despite phone calls to request one. I know that BCCs any delay may result in further invasive disfiguring surgery.

I know that the NHS is stretched but cannot believe that this is an acceptable situation for myself or indeed anyone else.
