"From arrival in A & E, ..."

What I liked

From arrival in A & E, in spite of their heavier than normal workload, I was processed quickly via triage to a ward where all necessary emergency proceedures were performed efficiently, professionally and respectfully, followed by an overnight stay with attendance when required.

What could be improved

Perhaps greater use could have been made of the anti-bacterial hand cleaner during my stay.

Anything else?

The food provided was excellent.
