(as the patient),

Right leg below knee amputation in June 2014.

I have attended physiotherapy, prosthetics and counselling services. All staff have been outstanding in their professional approach to me despite huge constraints of numbers and the very varied needs of patients.

Some difficulties when using hospital transport do arise resulting in long waits.
