why do fife council dictate to the carers that attend my wife what to do when? They never attend an assessment to find what care she needs, they tell the carers who attend that they can do things, but how do they know what my wife needs are?
Maybe they should come and check first. It feels like all they do is cause trouble in the service user's house. you are in someones house, treat them with respect stop telling us what to do.
