"ENT outpatients and Day Stay! Superb treatment."

Seen in ENT and a nasal endoscopy was done, this was painless and explained to me by e consultant however it indicated that biopsy was required.

I was phoned at home with an appointment for 8 days later. Attended pre-op where everyone was curtious and pleasant.

Admitted to Day stay and the surgeon came to se me , explained everything and also that as they had two children to perform surgery on I was to be one of the last ops that day! No problem with that ! I was also visited by the anaesthetist to checked everything and see if I had any worries!

Escorted to the theatre where the anaesthetic was administered awoke in the recovery room with the anaesthetist and a nurse ensuring all well.

Back to the day stay ward. Treated with respect and friendlyness at all times.

Was helped out of bed for the first walk and was offered assistant to dress etc.

The ward phoned my husband when it was time to leave.

All very smooth and well run!

The day stay ward was exceptional clean and the staff were professionsal in all aspects!
