My first ever operation and anaesthetic could not have been better. All staff were great especially my anaesthetist and the staff working with them. The 20 minutes or so with them before my operation was such a reassuring and happy moment. We talked about dogs (I'd sustained my injury walking my dog) and also theatres that we'd been to. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.
